Ag Service Technician

Job Summary:
The Agriculture Irrigation Service Technician is responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing agricultural irrigation systems to ensure optimal water delivery and system performance.

This position works closely with farmers, growers, and agricultural operations to diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and provide technical support for irrigation equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair, install, and adjust irrigation machinery and pipeline distribution systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in machinery or other related fields
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak irrigation seasons.
